So we've been working on this concept based on an electric golf cart we were expecting to get. It may not happen now but we might be able to buy something cheap. Craigslist has some good prospects and we'd prefer gasoline anyway so our genny can be used for better things.
The idea is to make a pirateship that looks like it's made out of candy. Since we're just starting, we're looking for ideas and if we're buying the base for it, we want to also get ideas for what people have had success mounting weird stuff too. Comments? Ideas? Any place better than craigslist? Anyone know someone who works at a junkyard who might see a thing or two come though that he could sell for a good price?

Re: Sweetness! Candy Pirate ship!
Tue, March 31, 2009 - 11:05 PMTiki Fuckos will be the docking station for "Sweetness". The structural "sweets" may lack in flavor but there will be plenty of non structural goodness to go around. Perhaps some frozen treats the first few days, followed by more hardy snacks for the final few. We may decide to register with Gigsville again if we don't plan on bringing big domes and other projects that need a lot of set-up. -
