Art Cars at Recycled Rainbow?

I don't know how much visibility the Recycled Rainbow has around here, but it is BM-like and in NE Ohio, and does accept art cars. I'm building up an 80's Honda scooter to be much louder and brighter that it used to be, covered in the same kind of reflective vinyl they make road signs out of.
