Get a jump start on how to make your mutant vehicle Black Rock
City "street" legal.
OdWally, Burning Man's DMV Manager, has graciously offered his time
to answer your questions about some of the ins and outs of the
licensing of mutant vehicles out on the playa.
Get answers to such questions as:

*What is the difference between an art car and a mutant vehicle?
* What are the pros and cons of operating a mutant vehicle out on
the playa?
* Safety and Fun: rolling party vehicle vs motorized deadly weapon.
* Licensing requirements.

Information will also be provided concerning the licensing of mutant
vehicles at the upcoming Dark Skies 2008 regional event in June.

Workshop 2
Costume and Concepts Workshop

12:00pm to 6:00pm

Want some help in figuring out how to make or pull together that
special outfit for Burning Man? With Dark Skies and other regional
burner-friendly events just around the corner, why not stop by on
Saturday and get the help you need to be playa fabulous! Sewing
machines, fabric advice and other crafty bits of info will be given.
The workshop will be going all day from 12:00pm until 6:00pm. If you
sew or are a crafty person and would like to help, please join us
Saturday and share your talents with others.
